Our goal is to ensure a welcoming, harassment-free environment for all our attendees at #ddc2024. If you experienced or witnessed discrimination or harassment, please reach out to our Awareness Team for help and assistance.

Stay hydrated! We will offer free water to our attendees. Refill stations can be found on all floors of the venue. Make sure to bring a re-useable bottle!

For our Muslim attendees, there is a prayer room in Congress Centre East. Please go to the Entrance East -Messewache Ost / Security Office East and they will guide you to the prayer room.

Need a break from your busy conference day? Visit our Silent Room on the first Confex floor to calm down and re-charge your batteries.

The Press & Media Center is on the 2nd floor of the Confex and accessible to all accredited press representatives.

If you have a Business Pass, you can always stop and relax at our Business Lounge. On both conference days we serve a light catering with sweet and savory small bits.

Our speakers and holders of VIP & Networking Passes are invited to visit our exclusive lounge to take a break between sessions and enjoy delicious catering: a choice of small dishes, as well as hot & cold beverages are available throughout the day.
