A pass available for any student or trainee below the age of 30. A student ID or any other document of proof may be asked to be presented when retrieving the badge.

A pass available to everyone, mainly for attendees who are interested in attending devcom’s conference program (talks, panels, workshops, etc).

A pass available to everyone, particularly for business attendees interested in conducting meetings at devcom.

A pass available for purchase to all that gives access to all devcom facilities and services.

Who can access the devcom Expo floor?2020-01-21T14:00:27+00:00

devcom’s exhibition floor is open to all registered attendees. It is also composed of 4 different areas: the Bronze Area, the Silver Area, the Gold Area, and the Indie Area. Please have a look at our venue map for more information on the exact location of each of these areas. devcom’s Expo floor opens on Sunday at 9 am and closes on Monday 6 pm.

The devcom Developer Conference compiles approximately 100 talks, sessions, panels, round tables and workshops over the course of two days (Sunday and Monday). All sessions are spread over 9 stages and are open to all registered devcom attendees.

All devcom registered attendees receive free lunch bags and drinks during devcom (Sunday & Monday). Lunch bags can be retrieved in exchange of lunch tokens that are given out at the badge pick-up desks.

Who gets a gamescom 3-Day Trade Visitor Ticket?2020-02-28T20:46:13+00:00

The gamescom 3-day trade visitor ticket is provided for free to all devcom conference, business and all access pass owners. The ticket grants access to gamescom’s B2B area during gamescom trade visitor days (Tuesday to Thursday). A gamescom ticket code will be sent by e-mail closer to devcom alongside instructions on how to redeem the ticket. The devcom team will use the attendee’s email used for the registration for devcom. What’s the devcom Event and Matchmaking App?2020-01-21T14:09:02+00:00

devcom is using an event and matchmaking app to promote its program, speakers, exhibitors, sponsors and attendees. This app also allows Conference, Business and All Access Pass owners to schedule meetings, based on the type of matchmaking account they own. Please check the devcom ticket matrix for more information on the type of matchmaking account included into each pass category.

How can I hold a meeting in the Business Area?2020-01-21T14:10:47+00:00

devcom offers a business area to conduct meetings, which is composed of numbered meeting tables with chairs and power supply. When a meeting is scheduled through devcom’s event and matchmaking app, a numbered table will be automatically allocated to that meeting.

Who can access the devcom Press Conference Rooms?2020-01-21T14:11:52+00:00

All access and press pass owners have access to the devcom Press Conference Rooms, located on the 2nd floor over the course of two days of devcom. The devcom Press Conference Room can also be booked for a one-hour PR conference during devcom on Monday only. Key Account Services is a unique and exclusive service only available for All Access pass owners. This service includes tailored operational support and assistance in all booking and reservation during devcom and gamescom week. The devcom guest club is an exclusive lounge offering high quality catering services only accessible to devcom All Access pass owner. The guest club is located on the 2nd floor of devcom venue.

Who can access the gamescom Exhibitor Party?2020-01-21T14:15:20+00:00

gamescom’s Exhibitor Party is only accessible to gamescom exhibitors and devcom All Access Pass owner. The party takes place on Wednesday, August 26th, starting at 8 pm. A printed high-quality invitation ticket will be handed out by the devcom team onsite.

Ticket Refund Policy

Please purchase the correct ticket again with your promo code and only then contact the devcom sales team. The refund of the first ticket will be immediate but only once the second ticket has been bought.

We understand the inconvenience and are sad that you will not be joining us. But unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible and therefore your ticket will not be refunded.

I have to cancel my devcom visit for personal reasons2020-01-21T13:45:48+00:00

We know that some situations cannot be foreseen, and unexpected personal situations can occur at any moment – we will miss you deeply, but we cannot refund your ticket. However, we will be very happy to transfer your ticket to someone else. Just let us know and we will proceed immediately.

I have to cancel my devcom visit for any other reasons2020-01-21T13:46:42+00:00

We have experienced changes of plans and participation, so if you are not able to attend for a reason and no one else can attend on your behalf or there is no one to whom we can transfer your ticket to, we will be very happy to raffle your ticket to attendees who have a lesser purchasing power. However, your ticket will not be refunded.
