Data Protection Declaration & Speaker Policy QUO VADIS 2018

All speakers and panellists of all formats of the game developer event QUO VADIS – consent to the following terms and conditions:

1) Any photo, video and/or audio recordings of any presentation given in the context of the event might be used by its organiser Aruba Events GmbH for both commercial and non-commercial purposes. This includes but is not limited to the usage and publication on the websites and Aruba Events GmbH commits itself to handle and to present the recordings in a professional manner and only in the context of publications related to the game development industry sector. Aruba Events GmbH furthermore commits itself to coordinate any further usage of the recordings with the speaker(s). If you disagree in the commercial use of your recorded presentation, please inform us by sending an email to our program team at

2a) Aruba Events GmbH, the organiser of QUO VADIS –, is allowed to make use of the presentation held for non-commercial purposes. All participants in QUO VADIS – are obligated to provide the organiser with their presentation files in .ppt, .pptx or .pdf format as well as any video or sound material used before the event. Any last-minute updates on the presentations must be provided to the organiser in a timely manner after the event.

2b) All participants grant the organiser the right to use the documents of the presentations as a PDF on its affiliated websites, including but not limited to and in the context of conference documentation.

3) Any person submitting a session proposal for QUO VADIS – is obligated to bring to attention these terms to any other participant in their session they include. They confirm that any additional participants in their session have been notified of these terms by them and are also in agreement with these terms. 4) The speakers and panellists of QUO VADIS – are solely responsible for the material they present and confirm that they have the rights to do so. They will not use any copyrighted or otherwise protected material without the consent of the creator or rights holder.
